Abstract. We have considered the specifics of event marketing and its role in the brand pro-
motion strategy. It tells about the development of the industry during the COVID-19 epidemic,
state support measures and their role in the survival of the sector. We reviewed the changes in
the sphere in connection with adaptation to the new market conditions that have developed after
the lifting of restrictions. It is analyzed the role of innovations in the development of the event
services market.
