письменной речи в 9 классе

Цель урока: развитие навыков письменной речи (написание личного
письма).
Задачи урока:
Воспитательная: воспитание положительного отношения к культуре
празднования Рождества в стране изучаемого языка;
Развивающая:

 развитие языкового (абстрактного мышления) учащихся;

 развитие памяти и воображения учащихся;
 развитие умения анализировать, сравнивать, обобщать информацию и
делать выводы;
Образовательная:

 обогащение словарного запаса учащихся, обращая внимание на

владение специфической лексикой для написания личного письма;
 учить создавать собственные творческие работы (личное письмо).

1. Орг. Момент

T: Good morning, everyone! I mean you, dear pupils and our highly respected
guests. Glad to see you. I hope you are alright today and are ready to work hard at
our lesson.

2. Фонетическая зарядка

T: First, try to do the task. So I shall spell the words and you should write
them.
( F-r-i-e-n-d, l-e-tt-e-r, p-e-n, a-dd-r-e-ss, e-n-v-e-l-o-p-e, w-r-i-t-e.)
T: Read and translate the word, please.
T: Can you combine some words in order to get a new word? What is this
word?
P2: Pen friend. Друг по переписке.
T: Quite right.

- Please open your textbooks on the page 18. What can we see? Let’s
read and then analyze these short notes (who writes to whom and what
is the subject of the note).
- Let's repeat and summarize what we know about formal and informal writing
styles.
Informal Formal
 Contractions (didn’t, isn’t)  No contractions
 Idioms- “under the weather”  No idioms – “be unwell”
 Phrasal Verbs – find out, go up  No phrasal Verbs – discover,
 Imperatives: Send it soon! increase
 Active phrases  No imperatives: You may send it in
 Short simple sentences your earliest convenience.
 Abbreviations  Passive phrases
 Non-Latin words (smart)  Long complex sentences
 Informal linkers (but, so, and)  No abbreviations
 Latin-based words (intelligent)
 Formal linkers (however, therefore)
Таблицу заполняем на доске и в тетрадях.
3. Работа с текстом – практика трансформации официального стиля в
неофициальный  (дружеский) стиль. Текст выдается учащимся в
распечатанном виде. - Now let's try to transform this note from an official to an
informal style.

Thank you for your letter received 14 September 2016. A copy has been sent to

company headquarters in addition to a memorandum concerning your financial
situation. A meeting has been scheduled for 3 October 2016 at 11 am to discuss
your request for a further bank loan. Therefore please inform us of your
availability for this meeting at the earliest opportunity.
Учащиеся самостоятельно (с помощью учителя) определяют те фразы,
которые надо заменить. Фразы для замены предлагаются следующие:
 set  got
 another  note about
 Thanks  to talk about
 along with  So
 as soon as possible  let us know

Небходимые изменения – заменить конструкции страдательного залога,
использовать краткие формы глаголов, составить короткие простые
предложения.
Вместе с учащимися обсуждаем и составляем вариант текста:
Thanks for your letter. I got it 14 Sept. I’ve sent a copy to comp. HQ along with a
note about your financial situation. I’ve set a meeting for 3 Oct. at 11 am to talk
about another bank loan. So, please let us know if you can make it a.s.a.p. (as soon
as possible).
Учащиеся записывают вариант в тетради.

4. Работа с коротким текстом – учимся сокращать текст.

- But another characteristic feature of a note or SMS message is the brevity and
speed of its writing. Now I suggest that you reduce the note to the minimum size.
 На доске написана следующая записка:
Hi Barry,
Paul phoned and wanted to speak to you but you weren’t at your desk. Can you
call him back? He says it’s urgent.

Задание  - сократить записку из 26 слов до 9 слов. Ученик выходит к
доске, подчеркивает ключевые слова. Обсуждаем и записываем вариант
записки:
Barry,
Urgent – Paul phoned. Please call him back.

5. - To consolidate today's material, let's write interesting notes to each other

on pieces of paper and exchange them.
